Focused seminar specifically covers Owl Mountain Coaching Principle 3.5 "Teachers' system for assessment(grading) is rarely challenged by students, parents, or administrators because it is public, consistent, and ongoing. Students understand the strength/growth areas and can compute their grades on their own".
Assessment should be a two-way process that is carried out through
interaction between the teacher and the learner. Students should know
