Coaching Mission and Philosophy
          As coaches, we are committed to stemming the tide of new and urban teacher attrition that is detrimental to student achievement. Using a job-embedded, ongoing, formative assessment model, we seek to create the teachers and classrooms crucial to teaching problem-solving and cognitive flexibility to ALL of our children.
     We are dedicated to providing ongoing opportunities to engage in reflective conversations about the teacher quality and classroom practices in a non-threatening, supportive manner. We believe that mutually respectful "conversations" can unite teachers and coaches providing the psychological connections necessary for personal growth, a positive teaching experience, and career longevity.
